By entering the Sourcebooks's “SOLD ON A MONDAY, a Picture is Worth 1,000 Words ” Giveaway (“Promotion”) you agree to abide by all terms and conditions referenced in these Official Rules.
Sourcebooks, Inc. is the sole sponsor of this Sweepstakes.
ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Sourcebooks, Inc. (“Sponsor”), and their parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies, as well as any promotion or other vendor agency involved in this Promotion (and any other person engaged to work on this promotional program) and the household and immediate family members (defined for the purposes of this Promotion as a parent, spouse, child, and sibling) of such employees or others listed herein are not eligible to enter or win. All federal, state, and local regulations apply. Limit one entry per person. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00AM (CST) on 8/28/18, and ends at 11:59PM (CST) on 9/30/18.
HOW TO ENTER: Enter by adding your email address to the sign-up form, or by mailing a completed copy of the entry form to the Sponsor’s address listed above. All mailed entries must be received by September 4, 2018 to be entered into the Promotion.
Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information by entrants; lost or late entries or transmissions; interrupted or unavailable network, server, or other connections; scrambled transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, or electronic, technical malfunctions of any computer hardware, software, or any combinations thereof; or problems associated with any virus or any other damage caused to entrants’ systems. Incomplete or illegible entries will be voided. Any entries that contain lewd, profane, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, libelous, contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, disparage Sponsor, or any other person or party, or contain material that is hateful, defamatory, promotes bigotry, racism, or harm against a group or individual or promotes discrimination, or material that is unlawful in any way; material considered to violate this rule will be disqualified as determined solely by Sponsor. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as described in these rules, Sponsor shall have the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.
ENTRY LIMIT: Limit one (1) entry per person. The potential winner may be required to show proof of purchase and proof of being the authorized account holder of the email address used for entry.
WINNER SELECTION: Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winner are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. On or around September 20, 2018 at 10 a.m. EST in New York, NY, United States, Sponsor will randomly select three (3) potential winners from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Winners will be notified via email and must respond to email notification within ten (10) days of receipt. Winners may also be required to complete, execute, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release. Noncompliance with these conditions may result in forfeiture of the Prize, and Sponsor reserves the right to select alternate winners (in random drawing from other eligible entries received before the deadline) in such circumstance. If winner notification of the Prize is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor may, at its discretion, select an alternate winner.

1 winner will receive Sold on a Monday by Kristina McMorris (value $16), 1 Fuji Instax Mini Instant camera and film (value $69), 1 "Oh Snap" canvas tote bag (value $22), 1 set of 40 LED Photo Clip String Lights (value $15). 1 5x7 Camera-themed hand decorated picture frame (value $30), 1 smile Coffee Mug (value $13). (Prize Approximate Retail Value: $165)
No transfer or cash or other substitution of all or part of a prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the prize or prize component with another of comparable or greater value. Any and all taxes on the prize will be the responsibility of the winners. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any delays, damage in the delivery of the prize, and/or loss of any prize in connection with delivery of the prize via mail. In the event that there is an insufficient number of eligible entries, Sponsor reserves the right not to award the prizes.
U.S. Winner Confirmation Process: In order for a U.S. resident to be declared the Grand Prize winner, they must complete, sign, and return the presented affidavit of eligibility, mutually acceptable liability release, and publicity release, and appropriate tax documents (the “U.S. Documents”) within seven (7) calendar daysof delivery of the U.S. Documents, or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety.
DISCLAIMERS: By competing in this Sweepstakes and/or accepting the prize, entrants agree that Sponsor and their respective parent companies, assigns, subsidiaries and affiliates, and advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and all of their respective employees, officers and directors will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by entrants for any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to person and property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the prizes, or participation in this Sweepstakes. By accepting a prize, each Winner consents to the use of his/her name for publicity and promotional purposes on behalf of Sponsor with no additional compensation or further permission (except where prohibited by law).
DISPUTES/GOVERNING LAW: All disputes concerning the construction, interpretation, validity, effect, and enforceability of these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the state of Illinois without regard to conflicts of laws provisions. Entrant (i) agrees that exclusive jurisdiction over any legal action arising out of or in connection with the Promotion will be in state or federal courts located in or nearest to state of Illinois and by entering consents to such jurisdiction and venue; (ii) consents to resolve any such claims individually and without resort to class action; and (iii) agrees that all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorney’s fees or punitive, incidental, consequential, or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses
