We are thrilled to have you installing our spinner rack for the You're Amazing display. Here are step-by-step instructions on how to set up your display.

Q: What should I do if I am missing a part needed to assemble the spinner display or the spinner display is damaged?
A: Contact Customer Service at 1-630-961-3900 ext. 0 and request a new spinner display. We do not have individual parts to send so you will receive a new spinner display. Please be prepared to give the color of your display (grey).
Q: What should I do if I am missing part of the signage or the signage is damaged?
A: Contact Customer Service at 1-630-961-3900 ext. 0 and request a new signing package. We do not have individual parts to send so you will receive a new signing package. Please be prepared to give the color of your display (grey) and name of the series (You're Amazing).
Q: What should I do if I want to order more books for the spinner display?
A: To order more books, contact Customer Service at 1-630-961-3900 ext. 0 or at [email protected]. Please have the ISBN, or the series and name of the titles you want to order available. Download the list of You're Amazing ISBNs here.
Q: How many names are included in the program?
A: 120. The program also includes Granddaughter, Grandson, Niece, and Nephew, and non-personalized books for Boy and Girl.
Q: What can I do if I am not able to find the name that I am looking for?
A: If a customer does not see the name they are looking for in the display, they have two options:

A: The names were selected through an analysis of the most popular baby names from 4 years ago in the United States.
Q: Can the order be taken in the store?
A: At this time, we are unable to take any orders in the store. Customers looking to place their order immediately may use any web browser to visit www.PutMeInTheStory.com/morenames.
Q: Can cards be distributed from the display as a reminder for people to take home?
A: We do not have take-away cards created for the display currently. We suggest that any customers looking for additional information use their cellphone to snap a picture of the display. They can then use that information to allow them to custom create a book online.
Q: Are there going to be additional personalized series available?
A: Yes! Additional details about future personalized series will be provided in 2019.
Q: Can I place the order and what's the price online?
A: Booksellers may refer customers to complete an order at www.PutMeInTheStory.com/morenames. The price for the books available online is $8.99 + shipping and handling.
Q: Will my store get credit for the orders?
A: Please see your store representative for additional information on this.
Q: What happens if the skin tone doesn't match my child?
A: For the first batch of books, custom skin tone versions will not be available. Look for this to be addressed in future books in the series.
