Sarah Haley has been promoted to Customer Service Team Lead. Haley started her career with Sourcebooks in February of 2014 and has proven to be an asset to the department and company. Since her first day at Sourcebooks, she has demonstrated professionalism, integrity and has continuously gone above and beyond for every customer that she encounters.
With her promotion, Haley will oversee the front desk as well as manage all relations with current and potential customers. She will manage all processes for manual order entry. She will maintain all project management with respect to employee outreach and oversee all order fulfillment to Bookstore customers. Haley will continue to maintain and manage export oversees accounts, Author and event processing, as well as build and support relationships with larger retailer accounts.
