The January 2021 spinner will contain titles for two series:

to place these two series in the spinner:

Q: What should I do if I am missing a part needed to assemble the spinner display or the spinner display is damaged?
A: Contact Customer Service at 1-630-961-3900 ext 0 and request a new spinner display. We do not have individual parts to send so you will receive a new spinner display. Please be prepared to give the color of your display (green).
Q: What should I do if I am missing part of the signage or the signage is damaged?
A: Contact Customer Service at 1-630-961-3900 ext 0 and request a new signing package. We do not have individual parts to send so you will receive a new signing package. Please be prepared to give the color of your display (green) and note that you need the blue mixed-spinner signage.
Q: What should I do if I want to order more books for the spinner display?
A: To order more books, contact Customer Service at 1-630-961-3900 ext 0 or at [email protected]. Please have the ISBN, or the series and name of the titles you want to order, available. Download the list of I Love You ISBNs here or download the list of Night Night ISBNs here.
Q: How many names are included in the program?
A: Each series contains over 95 popular names along with generic titles such as Granddaughter, Grandson, Niece, and Nephew.
Q: What can I do if I am not able to find the name that I am looking for?
A: If a customer does not see the name they are looking for in the display, they can visit the following website: www.bn.com/PutMeInTheStory. From that page, they can custom create the exact same book as the store display with any child’s name.
Q: How did you select the names for the books?
A: The names were selected through an analysis of the most popular baby names from 4 years ago in the United States.
Q: Can the order be taken in the store?
A: At this time, we are unable to take any orders in the store. Customers looking to place their order immediately may visit a BN kiosk or use any web browser to visit www.bn.com/PutMeInTheStory.
Q: Can cards be distributed from the display as a reminder for people to take home?
A: We do not have take-away cards created for the display currently. We suggest that any customers looking for additional information use their cellphone to snap a picture of the display. They can then use that information to allow them to custom create a book online.
Q: Are there going to be additional personalized series available?
A: Yes! Additional details about future personalized series will be provided as available.
Q: Can I place the order and what's the price online?
A: Booksellers may refer customers to complete an order at the BN.com kiosks.
