My name is Zeke Bird. My sister is named Hannah (but sometimes I call her banana brain).
One day, me and Hannah went monster hunting, and GUESS WHAT!! We caught a real monster! He was hiding
under my bed. His name is Otto. He’s yellow and hairy and kind of goofy.
Otto is not even a little scary, which is too bad because I have all kinds of big, stinky bully problems at school.
Otto got to my house by stowing away in a big box of candy that my dad sent. My dad is in the navy and travels all over the world on a huge aircraft carrier!
Otto comes from a mysterious place called Triangle Island. All kinds of weird stuff lives there, like monsters and pirates and dinosaurs! Otto ran away when evil trolls took over. I guess
Otto had big bully problems too. He doesn’t have big muscles or claws or anything like that. But even if Otto isn’t so tough, he is still amazing! He has magic powers! He can change his size and do swap-o tricksy tricks! That’s really TOP SECRET!!
Otto lives with us now—except my mom doesn’t know it. Otto says we’re going to have lots of awesome adventures! He says I better wear clean underwear! Ha ha! But I’m tough enough to handle anything…I hope…
