About the Author

Susan Ferdinandi

Sheila Ellison has a B.A. in psychology from the University of Southern California, and is the creator and author of the very popular and successful "365" series of parenting books, including 365 Days of Creative Play, 365 Foods Kids Love to Eat, and 365 Afterschool Activities. She has also created and produced an instructional video on baby massage for new parents. The mother of four children, ages eleven, nine, seven and five, she has recently completed national media tours presenting her ideas on successful parenting along with new products that make life with children easier. Susan Ferdinandi is the Assistant Director and teacher at the Little School in Benicia, California. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota and is a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children. Susan is the mother of two children, ages seven and five. She believes that caring for, playing with and observing her children is her life's most important work.
