Shana Drehs acquires a wide range of nonfiction, including relationships (dating, wedding), self-help, business/personal finance, careers, reference, pop culture, arts and entertainment, health, sports, history, humor, language and writing, trivia, and commercial women's fiction. She also manages much of our series publishing program (1000 Best, Answer Book, Sports Arguments, etc.), develops new series and acquires projects that have multiple book potential.

Deborah Werksman acquires historical fiction and innovative women's fiction for our Landmark imprint, as well as single title romance fiction in all subgenres for our relationship/romance imprint Sourcebooks Casablanca. She's seeking single title romance, single title romance series and romance trilogies in paranormal, time travel, suspense, historical, contemporary and erotic romance.
