Frances Largeman-Roth, author of Feed the Belly (9781402213380) was on NBC's Today Show on Thurs., Feb. 19, at 8:40 AM EST for a segment with host Matt Lauer on weight loss called "Smart Swaps for your Waist."

Frances was also on Weekend Today on Sat., Feb. 21, in the 8 AM EST hour to discuss how to properly read a nutrition label.

According to Nielsen Ratings, Today continues to be the dominant morning news program, ranking No. 1 with nearly 6.1 MILLION total viewers (1.4 million over GMA). TODAYshow.com had a record 7.3 million unique visitors in January. Weekend Today has a viewing audience of approximately 2.7 M - 3.2 MILLION.
