Single title romance in all subgenres: paranormal, historical, romantic suspense, contemporary, erotic romance with:
* a heroine the reader can relate to
* a hero she can fall in love with
* an imaginative, credible world gets created into which the reader can escape
* a hook I can sell within 2-3 sentences
* a career arc for the author (in other words, this book begins a series or begins a career that I can build)

I'm also looking for:
Commercial women's fiction with a strong hook and an unusual angle.
