The Author Toolkit is a series of tools and articles that are designed to help you as you promote your book, giving it the boost it needs to get the recognition it deserves. Each of the articles focus on a different aspect of promoting your book, from generating publicity online to how to knock an audience off their feet during an interview. We recognize that you've done a great deal of work writing your book and we want to make sure that you have all of the necessary skills to make it succeed beyond your best expectations. Thus, you should make sure to log in and read through the articles as soon, and as often, as you need to.

Many of the functions provided are only accessible if you login first. If you have not done so, please login by entering your Sourcebooks-provided username and password in the Author Login Form in the left column or click on the Author Toolkit link at the very bottom of this page. To change your author profile, you will need access to the Author Information Questionnaire (AIQ). If you've filled out that form, whether online on this site or in Microsoft Word or via email, you will find your current profile on this site. To access your AIQ:
Now you will see the questionnaire and all your current answers. Edit any fields you wish, and click on Save Form, the yellow button hovering on the page. Your changes will be published immediately.
